11. Software Subscription Return Policy:

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

Trial Period: If available, a trial period may be offered. During this time, you can cancel without charge. Once the trial ends, the standard subscription terms apply.

Software Compatibility: Ensure that any hardware purchased is compatible with your software subscription.

12. Hardware Return Policy

Return Window: You may return hardware products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for Return: The product must be in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs, once the returned product is received and inspected.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returned items.
